The Avid Extreme Inverter (AEI) is the next evolution of the DELTA module. Although it has the same mechanical dimensions and functionality of the original, it is much more reliable as it uses the latest sealed SKiiP-4® modules.
Avid provides a range of comprehensive upgrade kits tailored to your specific converter type including Type 27 & 28 plus 3.6MW. Each contains AEI modules, APU and CPT power units plus all necessary plumbing and cables for the conversion.
The advantage is extended lifetime for your turbine with vastly improved reliability.
An upgrade to AEI also allows provision of remote diagnostic monitoring to your smart phone or PC.
