Field Service & Start-Up Assistance
Avid Controls is prepared to meet its customer’s service needs and minimize downtime with a seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day field service. We have an engineer on call at all times to speak with your personnel and troubleshoot equipment over the telephone if necessary. Many times our engineer is able to make recommendations to your personnel which in turn can get your equipment running until our field service personnel can arrive on-site and even walk them through repairing the equipment themselves with no service call necessary.
Avid Controls maintains necessary comprehensive insurance coverage for all personnel for both onshore/offshore domestic and international service calls.
