AE3000 - AVID Extreme Inverter Modules
The Avid Extreme Inverter modules are high reliability liquid and air cooled inverter modules with nominal ratings from 550A to 1250A at 690Vac and 1400A at 600Vac for use with MV3000 AC drives, controlled by the Common Drive Controller (CDC).

- Ruggedized IGBT die for improved environmental robustness
